10 secrets of failure

I earlier discussed the 10 secrets of success, which I exploded basically on positive thinking, and this time is the 10 secrets of failure. The exciting part of this two (2) topics is that one is the opposite of the other, they both have a familiar lines.

What does it take to be a winner? Most successful people do not know how they achieved their success.Success for them just arrived and was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. If you stand and talk to a successful person for any length of time you will notice that their attitude and belief system is somewhat different to that which you are used to.They seem to have a different angle or slant on things which you usually find quite refreshing. If you could get close enough to these successful people to analyze their belief system you will find that they do none of the following … Top 10 secrets of failure:1 – Remain positive all day long...for no reason. This is emotionally unnatural!2 – Discuss your life's objectives with negative family and friends.3 – Accept gratuitous advice from unsuccessful people.4 – Follow-the-herd... because that is what everyone else is doing.5 – Watch TV constantly... this is guaranteed to destroy all creativity.6 – Heavily mortgage into debt and absolutely guarantee high stress for years to come.7 – Remain in a business/ personal situation where you are perpetually unhappy and stressed.8 – Tell yourself continually that you are naturally unlucky.9 – Become petty-minded and envious when someone you know has a major windfall.10- Make lifestyle decisions based on spur-of-the-moment emotional feelings. It is not what winners do that makes them so successful; it is what they don't do!They totally avoid the above 10 secrets of failure, either consciously or subconsciously. You create your reality according to your beliefs and expectations; therefore you should examine these carefully. If you do not like some aspect of your world, then examine your own expectations.Your world is formed in faithful replica of your own thoughts... If you think positive suggestions to yourself about a situation you send telepathic ammunition for positive use. You must learn to erase a negative thought or picture by replacing it with its opposite. But do not attempt to think positive thoughts all day long. Let your emotional swings work in the normal manner. You should tell yourself frequently "I will only react to constructive suggestions." This gives you positive ammunition against your own negative thoughts and those of others. A negative thought, if not erased, will almost certainly result in a negative condition. Say to yourself, "That is in the past. Now in this new moment, this new present, I am already beginning to change for the better." It does not do to repress negative thoughts, such as fears, angers, or resentment. They should be recognized, faced and replaced.Recognize resentment when it is felt, and then realize that resentment can be dismissed. Initial recognition must be made. Then you must imagine removing the resentment "by its roots" and replacing it with a positive feeling. You must watch the pictures that you paint with your imagination.Your environment and the conditions of your life at any given time are the direct result of your own inner expectations. If you imagine dire circumstances, ill health or desperate loneliness, these will be "automatically" materialized, for these thoughts themselves bring about the conditions that will give them a reality in physical terms. If you would have good health then you must imagine this as vividly as you fearfully imagine ill health. You create your own difficulties. This is true for each individual. The inner psychological state is projected outward, gaining physical reality -whatever the psychological state may be … The rules apply to everyone.Knowing this, you should try to realize what your psychological state is and change your conditions for your own benefit. You cannot escape your own attitudes, for they will form the nature of what you see. If changes are to occur, they must be mental and psychic changes. These will be reflected in your environment.

10 Secrets Of Success

I 've always highlighted on this words,I never stop telling people about,ur tongue is power, what ever u speak out of ur mouth is what ur spirit walk with.
So I've decided 2 put up this lines 2 send more motivations.

1. How You Think is Everything.
Always be positive. Think
Success, not Failure. Beware of a
negative environment.
This trait has to be one of the
most important in the entire list.
Your belief that you can
accomplish your goals has to be
unwavering. The moment you
say to yourself “I can’t…”, then
you won’t. I was always given
the advice “never say I can’t” and
I’d like to strike those words
from the dictionary.
I’ve found that from time-to-time
my attitude waivers. A mentor of
mine once said “it’s ok to visit
pity city, but you can’t stay and
there comes a time when you
need to leave ”. Positive things
happen to positive people.
2. Decide upon Your True
Dreams and Goals: Write down
your specific goals and develop a
plan to reach them.
Write down my dreams and
goals? Develop a plan to reach
them? You mean like a project
plan? Yes, that ’s exactly what this
means. You may have heard the
old adage: A New Years
resolution that isn ’t written
down is just a dream, and
dreams are not goals.
Goals are those concrete,
measurable stepping stones of
achievement that track your
progress towards your dreams.
My goal is to start a second
career as a freelance writer –
what are your goals?
3. Take Action. Goals are nothing
without action.
Be like Nike and “Just do it”. I
took action by reaching out and
started writing. Every day I try to
take some action towards my
goals. It may be small, but it ’s still
an action. Have you taken action
towards your goals?
4. Never Stop Learning: Go back
to school or read books. Get
training & acquire skills.
Becoming a life long learner
would benefit us all and is
something we should instill in
our kids. It ’s funny that once
you’re out of school you realize
how enjoyable learning can be.
What have you learned today?
5. Be Persistent and Work Hard:
Success is a marathon, not a
sprint. Never give up.
I think every story of success I
read entails long hard hours of
work. There is no getting around
this and there is no free lunch.
But, if you ’re working towards
something that you’re passionate
about, something you love – then
is it really work?
6. Learn to Analyze Details: Get
all the facts, all the input. Learn
from your mistakes.
I think you have to strike a
balance between getting all the
facts and making a decision with
incomplete data – both are traits
of successful people. Spend time
gathering details, but don ’t catch
‘analysis paralysis’.
7. Focus Your Time And Money:
Don’t let other people or things
distract you.
Remain laser focused on your
goals and surround yourself with
positive people that believe in
you. Don ’t be distracted by the
naysayer’s or tasks that are not
helping you achieve your goals.
8. Don’t Be Afraid To Innovate:
Be different. Following the herd
is a sure way to mediocrity.
Follow through on that break-out
idea you have. Ask yourself
“ What would I do if I wasn’t
9. Deal And Communicate With
People Effectively: No person is
an island. Learn to understand
and motivate others.
Successful people develop and
nurture a network and they only
do that by treating people
openly, fairly and many times
firmly. There is nothing wrong
about being firm – just don’t
cross the a-hole line. How do you
deal with people?
10. Be Honest And Dependable:
Take responsibility, otherwise
numbers 1 – 9 won’t matter.
Enough said.

Ex-millitants vow to cripple oil exprossion.

As protests continue to trail the
gubernatorial election result,
which returned incumbent
governor, Dr. Emmanuel
Uduaghan for the second term in
Delta State, a group of former
militants, under the aegis of the
Coalition of Niger Delta Freedom
Fighters, in the state, has given a
21-day ultimatum to the
Independent National Electoral
Commission, INEC, and President
Goodluck Jonathan, to reverse
what they called the imposition
of Uduaghan on the people.
The body compromising of
former militants and freedom
fighters in the Niger Delta region
in a statement by ‘General’ Akpos
Jones and ‘Commander’ Ziko, said
they were ready to cripple the oil
industry in Delta State and the
Niger Delta region in general, if
their demand was not met
before 21 days.
They statement added that they
came to the conclusion because
of the naked and forceful
imposition of Uduaghan on the
people of Delta State by the
Federal Government through its
agencies, such as INEC, Army,
Police and other security
agencies in the April 26, 2011
They alleged that the Federal
Government through the two
ministers representing Delta
State in the Federal Executive
Council, sent a message to Delta
State a day before the
governorship election, that
Uduaghan must be returned as
governor at all cost, whether the
people of Delta State liked it or
“True to this message, the
governorship election was
massively rigged. We regard this
imposition as an affront on our
sensibility and that of Deltans in
general. The situation is made
worse by the suppression of
women groups, students groups
and other groups, who had or
attempted to protest this
“It is on record that bad
leadership and imposition of
leaders were responsible for
militancy in the Niger Delta
region, which came to a
temporary stop with the
granting of amnesty to former
militants,”the statement added.
